BUSINESS GROUP STAYS
Glamping and camping located in a sunny glade in the woods or in a meadow which flanks the River Rother. We have different size sites across the farm for groups, families, (noise friendly) parties, and business group stays, allowing us to build bespoke packages.
Located in the small village of Bodiam, East Sussex we are only stone’s throw away from the National Trust’s Bodiam Castle.
A converted agricultural barn, our onsite café The Hub, offers the option for meeting spaces, private WIFI, and catering. With our core aims of sustainability running through The Hub too, we are mindful to ensure we use local sustainable produce wherever possible (we even reared our own pigs last year)!
private hire campsites
Nestled in the woods by the River Rother we have two private hire campsites; Udiam & The River Site. We can accommodate up to 60 (depending on the number of units) in each site. Should you require each delegate to have their own glamping unit, we have an additional site called Gabil Meads.
An additional hut provides washing facilities. It houses two loos with basins and two showers. Each have both a hot and a cold water supply. The site also houses a little pole barn – this is used as a communal covered area incase the British weather is unkind!
We are able to populate the site with bell tents subcontracted from one of our local partner companies; The Happy Glamper or White Dog Events.
Shepherds Hut exclusive hire
As our name suggests, we have 8 hand-built shepherds huts on the farm spread across two sites, both located in a wooded dwell. Following on with our core aims, they are built using reclaimed, recycled and locally sourced materials wherever possible.
To increase the number of accommodation units available, we are able to populate one of our hut sites with up to 9 bell tents subcontracted from one of our local partner companies; The Happy Glamper or White Dog Events.

Offering group accommodation since we opened back in 2008, we have worked closely with local businesses to offer you the best group activities our community has to offer.
