From Shepherd’s Huts nestled in ancient woodland to private campsites in meadows beside the River Rother, we have different sites across the farm for groups, families, (noise friendly) parties, hen and stag dos, and corporate events.
We’re an eco site with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful surrounding countryside. We’re happy to accommodate groups for a fun weekend, but we are not a party venue and have a quiet policy across the farm, so no plugged music.

In beautiful woodland by the River Rother we have two private hire campsites, Udiam & The River Site, which can each accommodate up to 60 people.

This is the option for you if you’re after more than five pitches together.
On each site you’ll find:
- an eco wash hut with two loos, two showers, washing up area and hot and cold water.
- a pole barn with a large table incase the British weather is unkind!
- a large campfire
- direct access to the small River Rother for morning dips, paddle boarding & kayaking
- peace & quiet! There’s no road noise, dark night skies, no wifi (except in our cafe) and no electric hook-up.
BELL TENTS & CAMPERVANS
Naked and fully glamped bell tents can be subcontracted from one of our local partner companies: The Happy Glamper or White Dog Events. Small campervans are welcome but please note there’s no electric hook-up.
COST
Weekends and bank holidays (including Friday nights): £495 per night for up to 30 people. Additional people are welcome at £16.50 per night. Min two night stay, three at bank holidays.
Weekdays (excluding Fridays): £360 per night for up to 30 people. Additional people £12.50 per night.

Shepherds Hut exclusive hire
Nestled in ancient woodland, we have eight shepherds huts across two sites. Each one has been hand-built using reclaimed, recycled and locally sourced materials wherever possible.

Each hut site has:
- four fully-equipped huts, each sleeping up to five including a double bed and three singles.
- an eco wash hut with two showers, two loos, hot & cold water
- a communal, covered area for rainy days
- peace and quiet! There’s no road noise, dark night skies, no wifi (except in our cafe).
- each hut has a small heater and solar powered lights. There is no electricity and devices can be charged up in our cafe, The Hub
If you take four huts you get exclusive use of a hut site and can add camping pitches alongside. Across both sites we can accommodate 40 people in huts (depending on cohort of users) + 9 camping spots.
Fully glamped and naked bell tents can be subcontracted from one of our local partner companies: The Happy Glamper or White Dog Events.
The shepherds huts are fully equipped with indoor and outdoor cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, and a linen service is supplied (just bring a towel).

The weekend cost varies throughout the year so please contact us for prices. Weekdays start at £99 per night + £7.50pp.

CAMPING: Our two private, riverside campsites can accommodate up to 60 per site and our partner companies can supply pre-pitched, equipped or ‘naked’ bell tents.
GLAMPING: Nestled in ancient woodland, our two Shepherd Hut sites each has four fully-equipped ‘living huts’ and a wash hut. The huts each sleep up to five, including one double bed and three singles.
To increase accommodation we can pitch up to 9 bell tents alongside the huts, booked through one of our partner companies.

SHEPHERD’S HUTS: Our two shepherd’s hut sites can be hired exclusively. Each has four comfortable, fully-equipped living huts and a wash hut (including hot & cold water), plus a communal covered area. The huts each sleep up to five, including a double bed and three singles.
Up to 9 tents can be pitched alongside the huts if you take four huts.
