LATE AVAILABILITY
If there is late availability we charge a nightly rate of £120 per hut per night for a one night break and £99 per hut per night for a two night break. Generally a 2 night minimum charge applies but do drop us a line if you're wanting to stay for 1! If you notice we have late availability, please do not hesitate to drop me a line and see if we can arrange a break to suit your specific needs. We often have special offers running that are advertised on our Facebook page. Please follow the Facebook link for details, news about what we’re up to and of local events.
GROUPS
We are very happy to welcome group bookings. We have two huts sites on the farm each houses four living huts and a wash hut and can accommodate up to 20 people. However we never let only 3 huts to a single booking. We have found that if a group of friends are occupying 3 huts the people in the 4th one can feel quite isolated, which is understandable. A two night minimum charge applies to mid week group bookings. The full weekend rate is charged to those staying at the weekend. As with the camping I’m afraid we are unable to accommodate unaccompanied groups of under 21’s.
TERMS
As per our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee we require a 30% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to your break. Should covid restrictions prevent your booking from going ahead you have full flexibility to move your booking within this season. The owners of The Original Hut Company do not have a Cancellation/Curtailment Protection Scheme, therefore the hirer is advised to make their own alternative arrangements to ensure cover. If you are forced to cancel your holiday you must inform the owners immediately. You the hirer, will remain liable for the full payment unless we are able to re-let all or part of the period booked. Commercial and Professional photo shoots must be cleared in advance and are separate from holiday bookings.
